“I have always recommended your company. I have survived many renovations, redoing renovation, new construction and redoing that too. I have encountered and learned about every cost-cutting maneuver and lack of standards in workmanship that exist.
“Your company stands alone. I have always told people that while they may think they are paying more up front for Tortorella, they are getting quality and they stand behind their work. Plus they are upfront about the cost.
“Although I service my own pool on a weekly basis, I have never been treated as less of a customer. All repairs have been done in a timely manner, as well as the maintenance issues I do not handle (cleaning my filter,etc). We use our pool heavily from April through November.
“I had a problem with my pool cover, which I am ashamed to say I did not get from Tortorella, since we had spent so much on the pool. A mistake and my mistake. The problem was that there was a space between my wall and the pool. It was small, but I have nine rescue dogs and some are small. I was always worried.
“Your service department could have left me with my issue, but they did not. They handled it, and it cost exactly what they said it would.”
