Inquire About a ProjectTortorella serves residential and commercial clients across the Hamptons and Long Island, including Southampton, East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, Water Mill, Quogue, Westhampton, Hampton Bays, Sagaponack, and Montauk. We take on select projects outside the East End by exception.
We build, service, heat, accessorise (Wellhouse saunas), and chemically supply (AutoChem). All of it in-house, all under one named account manager. Most Hamptons clients stitch this together from three or four vendors; with Tortorella, the pool is the simplest part of the property to manage, not the most fragmented.
Yes. Many of our builds are on complex Hamptons sites: waterfront properties, high water tables, salt-air exposure, and historically significant land. We have built on every site condition the East End can produce.
Most custom builds run twelve to eighteen months from contract to swim-ready, depending on scope, finishes, and municipal permitting. Luxury builds with significant stone work, water features, or integrated landscape can extend to eighteen to twenty-four months. Hamptons permitting cycles vary and we adjust our schedule accordingly.
Both, though the majority of our new-construction work comes through landscape architects, high-end residential builders, and client management firms. Our process is built to make us hands-off for the architect: we run the pool scope start to finish, integrate with the project schedule, and don't escalate problems we should be solving ourselves.
Yes, and this is what separates us. The pools we build are designed to be serviced by our maintenance team, and many of them are, for decades. Knowing your pool will be cared for by the people who built it changes how we build.
